OUR MISSION AND VISION 

WCES is a community where we work diligently towards minimizing non-cognitive barriers so we can educate the whole child equitably while challenging ALL students to excel academically by: 

• reading at or above grade level, 
• thinking critically and reasoning mathematically to solve problems and propose solutions, 
• computing at grade-level with the conceptual understanding to compute mentally at a developmentally appropriate level,
• communicating at or above grade level through multiple media formats, 
• being responsible, compassionate, and competent citizens who can globally compete with other 21^st century learners in their community and the digital world.
